Our sellout black tie Gala and Auction held at the Washington, D.C. residence of the Portuguese Ambassador featured a "silent auction" and "live auction" with over 70 items to bid on. The highlight being a luxury trip to Portugal which the Government of Portugal donated. The Ambassador's chef prepared an array of Portuguese specialties for those in attendance.

Proceeds from the auction went to our Exploration and Field Research Grants Program for student explorers. Our grants committee is actively looking for qualified applicants in our chapters geograhic region. To lean more about our chapters grants program please click on "Grants" in the tool bar above.
